Our Commitment to our Supporters
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you visit our website. This policy does not apply to external websites which may be linked to jewishamericantkd.org, but do not reside on our domain.
In some circumstances we collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number, and other demographic information such as your age or gender, that you voluntarily give to us for example when you donate or apply for funding. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may keep you from receiving transactional information that you may wish to receive such as solicitations for funding or notices of funding availability.
All individuals have the option to opt-out or unsubscribe from having information stored or used by JAT at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 201-914-1704.
JAT does not knowingly solicit data or information from individuals under the age of 16. No information should be submitted to, or posted on the JAT website by guests under 16 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.
We keep a limited amount of personal information on each of our donors, potential donors, and fund recipients. We do not collect nor do we store highly sensitive information. All payments are processed using standard and widely-available software (such as PayPal) that use standard industry-accepted protocols and all electronic-based transactions that involve the transfer of credit card information adhere to the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance program.
If you provide us with your contact information, or have done so in the past, our legitimate interests are to use this information to send you information about JAT activities we think you may be interested in. We may use information you have given us to provide a service and inform you about new opportunities. We do not give or rent mailing addresses to third parties.
