LEAH MITELBERG
Senior Black Belt
Taekwondo is something I have been doing since I was quite young.  It has shaped who I am today as I learned so many valuable lessons.  Taekwondo has taught me to be a leader, how to defend myself, and respect.  Mainly, taekwondo has taught me that nothing in life comes without hard work and has helped me by physically fit.  My short term goals are to compete and win Collegiate Nationals while my long term goals are unsure since I took time off since I've started college.
